It is required that all  Wisdom DTaB clients read, understand and agree with the following policy, and terms and conditions.

• Health and Welfare 

You must ensure that your dog is fit and healthy to commence training. 

Any known, current or ongoing medical issues and medication that may impact the dogs behaviour must be made aware to Wisdom DTaB prior to commencement of any training class or training program.  Owners with dogs under medical treatment must seek approval from a vet prior to commencement of any training.

Wisdom DTaB will immediately cease any training or commencement of, if a dog presents unwell or unfit to continue. 

 

Dogs with known reactivity toward other dogs and/or people will be assessed for suitability prior to taking part in group classes. 

Dogs work best when they are the least fearful, anxious or stressed!

 

• Cancellations, No show, Rearrange

If you cancel your 1-2-1 appointment or class booking then notice must be given as detailed below:

Please respect that Wisdom DTaB is a very small business, and as such,  if you forget or do not cancel an appointment,  the opportunity to fill that appointment time with another client will be missed. Likewise, for group classes, venue hire fees must still be met regardless of attendance.

 

Notice to be given ~ Cancellation of Booking 1-2-1

Cancelled 1-2-1-bookings must be given no less than 7 days notice of the arranged booking date, for a refund of fees paid.

If you fail to show for your appointment/booking on the day, the booking fee will be non refundable.

For late arrival to appointment (20 mins or over) resulting in cancellation of the appointment, the booking fee is non refundable.

 

Notice to be given ~ Rearrange Booking 1-2-1

If you need to rearrange your booking, 48 hours notice is required.

 

Notice to be given ~ Cancellation of Booking for Group classes

To cancel  your group class booking, 7 days notice or more is to be given, prior to the start of Week 1 of 10 of your calendar booking.

 

Non attendance of classes is non refundable and non transferable

 

Notice to be given ~ Rearrange of Booking for Group classes

Rearranging group class sessions for individuals will be subject to availability.  

If you wish to rearrange your group class booking, fees will be 100% transferable to new booking for next available 10 week block

 

Time Keeping 

For 1-2-1 sessions, I work by appointment only.  Whilst I appreciate that clients may be late under unexpected circumstances, I also do, have a responsibility to other clients to keep to their appointment. For this reason, for late arrivals of 20 minutes or more, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment. 

For group classes, clients should arrive prepared and ready to start promptly to avoid delay and minimize disruption to class.

 

Vaccinations 

Puppies are accepted  to group classes after their vaccinations.

 

Fleas & Ticks 

Please make sure your dog is flea free when they attend their appointment or group class.

I reserve the right to decline any service until your dog’s flea infestation has been treated and cleared.

 

Bitches in season

Bitches in season will not be permitted to attend group classes.

 

 

Photographs & Videos  

Photographs and/or videos may sometimes be taken during your dog’s training and may be used on Wisdom DTaB website or social media.  Objections must be made in writing prior to any training , if you do not wish for you and your dogs images to be included.
